**Club Manager - HER Wellness ClubOverview:
As the Club Manager for HER Wellness Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional experience of our members.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for women's wellness and with proven operational ability to deliver results, leveraging on available digital software to achieve productivity.
Responsibilities:

Membership Management:
_
- Manage all aspects of membership including acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring growth and sustainability of the club.
- Regularly assess member needs and preferences to tailor club offerings accordingly.

Club Premise Operations:
_
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the club, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth functioning of club amenities.
- Implement efficient processes to optimize resource utilization and maximize operational effectiveness.
_Program Curation and Execution _:
- Collaborate with wellness experts and professionals to curate a diverse range of programs and activities catering to members' needs.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and classes aligned with the club's mission and objectives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and solicit member feedback for continuous improvement.
_Member Engagement & Support: _
- Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment within the club.
- Proactively engage with members to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to members to enhance their wellness journey.

Partners Engagement:
_
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, including wellness practitioners, vendors, and sponsors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to secure favourable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to offer exclusive benefits and promotions to club members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in club management, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for women's wellness and commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
