- Inbound call handling for client Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries;
- Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;
- Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers' enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers' information
- Overtime is required based on the work load.
- Training will be provided
- Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels. Open for Fresh resource with any background.
- Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
- Possess a positive mindset with a 'CAN-DO' attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.
- Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.
- Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.
- Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays (5 Days Working in a week) to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations.
- For up to half of normal daily working hours – 1 day's salary
- For more than half of normal daily working hours – 2 days' salary
- Work done beyond the normal working hours shall be considered as Overtime pay

This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.Job Responsibilities:

Working Hours :
5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week
42.5 hours per week
Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours between 7am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between
Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 week day + 1 weekend, non-consecutive)
Or otherwise advised by the Client
Overtime/Off days:
For temp staff earning S$2,600/mth and below, for work performed beyond normal work hours, staff is compensated 1.5 times of hourly pay rate.
For those earning >S$2.6K basic salary, client has reverted based on MOM guidelines, to claim $5 meal allowance if they exceed 2 hours after official hours on the respective day.
