    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    CellResearch Consumer Health Pte. Ltd. (CRCH) is the subsiadiary of CellResearch Corporation Pte. Ltd. (CRC), the global leader in Cord Lining Stem Cells. CRCH commercialises this technology in the form of 2 cosmetic product lines, CALECIM and SollagenTM.

    CALECIM is a science-backed stem cell skin and haircare brand that is rapidly expanding through E-Commerce, medical clinics and Salons. CALECIM is looking to hire a business development associate who can help manage the growing number of partners around the world.

    SollagenTM is a new skincare line focusing on helping people with damaged or weak skin. Currently, it is launching in 4 countries and will expand out from there to sell through hospitals, pharmacies and online.

    CRCH is looking for someone to take on a junior role where you will shadow one of the senior management and report directly to them while learning the key pillars of the business through marketing, sales and operations. The role requires someone who is keen to travel, organised and driven to grow the brands.

    CRHC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore based biotech company CellResearch Corporation (CRC). CALECIM harnesses CRC's patented technology to develop some of the most effective skincare products on the market today. This same technology is currently being used in a wound-healing drug going through clinical trials and is also being applied to a pipeline of other drugs looking at an array of indications.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Assist with Managing current distribution and B2B partners.
    • Source and close new B2B partners.
    • Track partner ordering patterns, forecasts and pricing.
    • Review marketing plans and launch events.
    • Organise training, marketing and educational events.
    • Travel to partners territories to audit activities.
    • Clear career progressions working directly with CCO.

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • 2+ Years in a Sales, Marketing or BD Roles.
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Comprehensive numerical and analytical aptitude
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Good communication skills
