Job Description

Lead and manage projects related to application development and system implementation.
Oversee the upgrade of HR systems, finance systems, and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables efficiently.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience in leading implementations of ERP/CRM systems.
Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and system implementation processes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
