Roles & Responsibilities

Renowned for their commitment to excellence and client-centric approach, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and drive forward their mission of delivering exceptional value to their clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to Head Office, Local Management, and Regulatory Authorities.
Prepare annual financial accounts for audit and statutory reporting.
Compute monthly accruals and provisions for operating expenses.
Calculate annual estimated income tax for year-end closing.
Develop annual Estimates/Budget Reports for operating expenses.
Manage filing of quarterly Goods & Services Tax (GST) and annual FATCA/AEOI returns to IRAS.
Monitor financial operations including accounting controls, invoice processing, and salary payments.
Act as a liaison with Head Office, auditors, tax agents, and local authorities regarding finance and tax matters.
Stay updated on relevant accounting and tax standards and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in Banking & Finance.
Strong understanding of FRS accounting and disclosure requirements in the banking industry.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and MAS reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
