Description

Supervise all term contractors (housekeeping, pest control, landscape, refuse removal) and ensure that they deliver the contractual level of service standard.

Office equipment, supplies, facilities and vendor management.

Provide Technical advice and manage facilities-related maintenance and repair works.

Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers

To enforce and monitor various work programs to maintain smooth and efficient operations and ensure that SOPs are adhered to.

Attending to any enquiries and escalate to superior when necessary

To liaise with supplier, contractor or facilities dept for setting up office, staff workstation, installation of office equipment, office facilities, furniture and fixture.

To coordinate cleaning schedule, replenish toiletries and cleaning items and pantry stuff.

Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicle and other warehouse equipment. Qualifications:

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and fast pace environment.

Min NITEC or related discipline.

At least 1 year related working experience required.

Class 3 Driving license will be advantageous
