- Listening and questioning customers to thoroughly understand their needs and identify the most suitable solutions (spare parts, replacements, service agreements etc.)
- Assisting Sales Engineer with quotations, such as providing pricing information or order status updates for existing projects. Involving tender submissions by gathering necessary information, preparing comprehensive documents, and ensuring timely submission in accordance with client requirements
- Facilitating the order booking process by ensuring all necessary approvals and information are obtained
- Coordinating seamlessly with internal teams (factories, warehouses) to guarantee on-time order fulfillment and delivery for both internal and external customers
- Participating in improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction
- Performing essential tasks to maintain organized and efficient operations, including proper filing and updating salesforce (SFDC) with accurate customer and order information for both internal and external customers
- Gaining a solid understanding of lost order reports to identify areas for improvement and prevent future losses for external clients
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in a engineering field (preferred)
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support role or similar customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
