    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description and Requirements:

    • Provide L1(Remote) and L2(On-Site) Support in a client's managed environment.
    • Support scope involves troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of IT related issues.
    • Assist in patch/change management and network configuration requests.
    • Maintain records of all IT-related issues via in-house ticketing system.
    • Assist in routine reporting on all incidents, problems, status and resolutions.
    • Organise and provide training and awareness workshops.
    • Provide consultancy and IT roadmap planning for client environment.
    • Handle routine administration and other ad hoc matters.
    • Have at least 2 years' experience in supporting End-User Computing devices.
    • Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN.
    • Possess experience in managing an Office 365 corporate environment.
    • Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.

    Additional Info:

    • Working hours: 8.30pm to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
