- General Duties and Responsibilities of Concierge :-
- Issuance of Visitor Pass and key in Visitor's particulars in the Visitor Management System (VMS)
- Guide Visitors to Concierge Desk to register their particulars before allowing access into lift lobby
- Programme and issue visitor and building access cards and maintaining master data base
- Assist in answering telephone calls, redirecting calls and taking messages at the Concierge Counter.
- Register and manage feedback calls/ emails/ reports from tenants and members of public, including to assist creating Customer Request Feedback (CRF) form, as and when required. Escalate case to respective authorised representative.
- Provide information and direction to members of the public when approached.
- To escort VIP/ visitors to the lift lobby.
- To assist and escort persons requiring assistance e.g. handicapped person.
- Assist on those occasions when fire drills are conducted.
- Detect and report any evidence of fire risk immediately to the authorised representative.
- Be first aid trained and render first aid assistance as-and-when required
- Conduct checks at common area such as main lobby, lift cars etc. and management systems,report abnormalities to authorised representative.
- Ensure that all lifts are operational and to report to FCC of any faults
- Perform crowd control duties as and when required
- Ensure that no cargo or deliveries are made at the lift lobbies
- To assist in any redemptions during advertising and promotional campaigns, as and when required
- To carry out any other tasks provided / given by the Ops Manager / Centre Manager
