- Research and analyze market, users trend, and the roadmap for the product.
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, analytics, design, user experience, engineering, user enablement and factory.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities (if any).
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Degree in Engineering or similar relevant field.
- 6+Years of Experience in technology industry, handling Product Innovation, Product Owner or similar role.
- Experience in DFx, Software Development, Program Management and Agile Framework.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- A creative thinker with a vision, attention to details, excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking vendors and stakeholders on product specifications and technologies).
- Able to travel overseas on a short-notice is essential.
