    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client, a Well-established Global firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial professional (from Executive / Senior Executive to Assistant Manager).

    Location: Central Singapore

    Responsibilities:

    • Management of the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
    • Compliant with provision in the Singapore Corporate enactments, statutory reporting and filing work
    • Internal and external management of counter parties and clients
    • Attending meetings and drafting of minutes
    • Other related assignments as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma holder in business studies or of relevance discipline
    • At least 2 to 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
    • Chartered Secretary (ICSA)certification would be of an added advantage
    • Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well as a team player
