    • Lead a team of operations support analysts in providing technical support for critical systems and applications.
    • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, meeting defined service level agreements.
    • Identify and analyze trends in support tickets, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive measures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business teams, to address systemic issues and improve system reliability.
    • Manage the knowledge base, documentation, and standard operating procedures for operations support activities.
    • Participate in incident and problem management processes, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
    • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing guidance and expertise to the support team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and identify opportunities for professional development.
    • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in operations support capabilities.
