    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Primary Objective(s) of Position

    • Identify and assemble profiles for junior, emerging Indonesian mining customers

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage coverage and marketing activities
    • Assist the Mining Manager in providing ongoing world class Account Management.
    • Support the Mining Manager's work in all aspects of daily administration
    • Assist to plan, prepare, and update the Mining Manager's operational schedules
    • Prepare reimbursement of travel and local expense claims
    • Conduct market research on junior and new miners coming to Indonesia
    • Assemble detailed profiles of junior and new miners
    • Develop and implement marketing literature regularly
    • Contact and discuss project details with customer regularly
    • Organize quotes through the Sales Admin department for prefeasibility studies
    • Assemble bid documents for proposals
    • Advise of Indonesian mining trends weekly
    • Advise of world mining trends weekly
    • Advise on metal and oil prices weekly
    • Advise on any political landscape changes affecting Indonesian or global mining trends
    • Work with mining branch Account Executives for feedback on projects on the ground
    • Work with Head Office Account Executives for feedback on any new activity through Head Offices in Jakarta.

    Person Specifications

    • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
    • A pass in GCE 'O' Level English and Mathematics
    • Has at least 3 years of experience in supporting Senior Management roles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Possess good telephone etiquette and public relations skills
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior management
    • Has an excellent command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Able to correspond independently in writing with external and internal parties
    • Highly organized, self-motivated and committed
