    1. Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using industry best practices.
    • Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design test strategies accordingly.
    • Integrate automation tests seamlessly into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins.
    • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Continuously explore and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our automation processes.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in test automation and provide guidance to the broader team.
    • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the quality of automation deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on automation progress and address any concerns or issues.
    • Utilize Jira for issue tracking, project management, and agile planning.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    1. Skills /Competencies:

    Rich experience building automation frameworks, Pure Hands On, Good Communications, Demonstrate ownership, Strong technical knowledge, help guide Automation Engineers, curious mindset, SME

    1. Essential Skills:
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
    • Extensive experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
    • Strong programming skills in Java, with a focus on building automation frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
    • Deep understanding of BDD principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality automation solutions.
    • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
    • Curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
    • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in automation testing methodologies and best practices.
    • Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. -> BE with any stream
    1. Preferred skills :
    • Experience with Hive Beeline for database testing.
    • Familiarity with Apache POI for Excel data manipulation.
    • Knowledge of Java jsch for SSH-based automation tasks.
    1. Additional Skills:
    • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
