About Stalford Education Group

Stalford Education Group, a leader in K-12 education in Singapore, seeks a skilled Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our nine distinguished brands, including Stalford Learning Centre, Confucius Mandarin, Heurika Mathematics, Literacy Alive, Sciencewerkz, Stalford Academy, Stalford Internatinal School, Stalford International Preschool and SuperGenius. Our mission is to deliver quality infant to K-12 education and we aim to nurture lifelong learners to be responsible active global citizens and find expression to their fullest potential [].

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be entrusted with crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for all brands within the Stalford Education Group. This role is pivotal in setting and achieving KPIs, assessing marketing efficacy, and promoting growth across diverse educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement detailed marketing strategies for each brand within the Stalford Education Group.
Manage all marketing avenues, including traditional, OOH, and digital channels.
Design and execute marketing strategies, setting clear and attainable KPIs.
Conduct market analysis to tailor strategies to the evolving education sector.
Lead the marketing team, promoting a culture of excellence and creativity.
Responsible for budget management, ensuring effective allocation and maximisation of resources.
Regularly evaluate marketing campaigns' ROI and overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment.

Performance-Based Remuneration

This position features a significant performance-based compensation component.
You will have the autonomy to set your own KPIs, with earnings directly linked to achieving these objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills for marketing performance assessment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in digital marketing, aware of current trends and tools.
