***To develop and execute category assortment & supplier management strategies and to manage strategic procurement initiatives with all stakeholders.

The Senior Category & Procurement Manager must be specialized in strategic sourcing & category assortment (Technical Stores) and is able to lead & effectively execute group tenders.

SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIE S**- Execute the procurement strategy and translate into targets

Professionalize and right size the supplier portfolio and run a professional relationship management program to ensure a bestinclass performance in the industry
Run sourcing projects, inlcu. Search, develop and maintain relationships with existing vendors and possible new vendors, negotiations & contracting
Negotiate sustainable contracts with focus on price, quality, availability and logistics and develop vendor relationships to maximize cooperation
Build, maintain and execute a strong pipeline of optimization opportunities including negotiation, resourcing & supply.
Ensure best practices are shared and deployed between regional networks of offices and the global procurement team
Maintain and develop procurement SOP with in respective area
Contract the maximum spend possible and ensure compliance to the same
KPI tracking & reportingo Collaborate with Regional & Global procurement teams to drive effectiveness through the organization and utilize economy of scale
