- Analyze and use talent data to understand issues, identify changing trends and make informed decisions aligned to the strategic goals of the business.
- Design and implement pioneering/enculturation programs and diverse learning solutions that develop and support capability-building.
- Develop, curate and facilitate training programs and interventions, including program evaluations.
- Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.
- Review and drive transformational changes to existing curriculum/initiatives to nurture an empowering, self-directed learning culture for the organization.
- Foster strong partnership with stakeholders to assess developmental needs and recommend programs for people and leadership development.
- Manage strategic deployment of courses, learning calendar as well as excellent operational support to the organization as the talent management and learning arm.
- Monitor, assess and report on training expenditures as well as conduct periodic reviews of talent and learning development policies to drive optimized talent development and management.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in L&D, Training, workforce development, curriculum and policy review.
- Competence in competency framework development and curation of learning pathways.
- Equipped with TTT (Train The Trainer) and preferably experience in Leadership training
- Proven project management and implementation skills ability to think critically, multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure.
- Ability to influence professionals of management level.
- Strong stand-up facilitation ability.
- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
