    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
    • Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
    • Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
    • Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
    • Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
    • Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
    • Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
    • System Deployment
    • Assist in Data backup and restoration
    • Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
    • System/network troubleshooting and rectification
    • Assist in Annual system Audit
    • Asset management
    • Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Job Requirement:

    • Minimum Diploma in related fields
    • At least 3 to 7 years of relevant work experiences
    • Ability to communicate with people of various levels
    • Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
    • Requires Networking knowledges
    • Microsoft certification will be added advantage
    • Hands on and a team player
    • Strong Problem solving skills.

    • Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
    • Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
    • Uniform & Lunch provided
    • Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
