    Description

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    Work with a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and businesses units. Roles include:-

    • Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics
    • Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters
    • Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units
    • Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements
    • Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff
    • Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management
    • Contribute and support business development initiatives
    • Project management and execution
    • Cover clinics and/or on-sites where required during manpower shortage
    • Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards and
    • Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.

    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

    • Technologically savvy, up to date and able to identify and implement viable solutions.
    • Dedicated, well organized, meticulous, analytical and proactive.
    • Able to adapt, prioritise, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
    • Flexible and able to attend to matters beyond normal office hours.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Recognised bachelor's degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment.
    • Relevant experience will be an advantage.

    Additional Information

    • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:45am to 6pm alternate Saturdays, 8:45am to 1pm
