Roles & Responsibilities

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial

Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon~Fri

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and our internal teams to ensure seamless mass production processes.
Collaborate closely with customers to align on targets and objectives, facilitating effective communication and understanding between both parties.
Lead cross-functional teams within our organization, guiding them through production ramp-up and product transitions.
Drive readiness for production ramp-up by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure material availability, capacity readiness, and smooth transition plans.
Optimize the supply chain for strategic reasons, considering risks, schedule changes, and demand fluctuations, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve these objectives.
Provide ongoing support for products in a sustaining environment, ensuring continuity and reliability.
Plan and execute the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, ensuring smooth transition to production while meeting cost, quality, and capacity targets to meet customer demand.
Deliver projects with maximum cost efficiency, contributing to overall team success and effectively resolving conflicts when they arise.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
Strong foundational qualities including goal orientation, accountability, excellent communication skills, discipline, time and budget management, collaboration, leadership, and driving cost efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguous situations with resilience and adaptability.
