Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.
The role involves: - end to end responsibility for delivery consulting engagement related to customer experience strategy and design, service, sales and marketing transformation as well as salesforce implementations
- being accountable for driving successful engagements and managing the client relationships
- demonstrating proficiency in their capability to drive service, sales and marketing transformation topics.
- responsible for designing operating models, assessing platform maturity and solutioning for sales, service, marketing and/or industry specific clouds
- responsible for working with Functional managers to ensure comprehensiveness of requirements gathering process
- managing resources for the seamless implementation of the projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision to junior staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of project targets according to milestone agreements
- ability to coach and mentor staff in building their capabilities
- support business development activities including preparing proposals, supporting sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to ongoing project work
The ideal candidate should possess: - at least 7 years of working experience in hands-on delivery and implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries, serving clients across a diverse range of industries
- at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce eco-system
- ideally certified in Admin and in one or many of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, CPQ, Platform Developer
- proficiency in salesforce - understanding business requirements, analysis and ability to translate requirements into design and managing implementation
- proven track record in project management and delivery of customer experience, sales and marketing projects
- strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations to enable sound and practical recommendations to clients is required
