    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a personal assistant in our firm, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our advisors and ensuring seamless client experiences. With your organizational prowess and attention to detail, you'll help drive our office efficiency and contribute to our clients' financial success.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage advisor's calendar, scheduling appointments, and client meetings

    Coordinate client onboarding processes and assist with preparing financial documents

    Handle sensitive financial information and client communications with discretion

    Organize client files and maintain confidentiality

    Assist with office logistics such as ordering supplies and managing equipment

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks

    Effective communication with clients and colleagues

    Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

    Requirement:

    Minimum 21 year old

    Minimum Diploma, local Diploma preferred
