    Description

    We are hiring part-time assistants for our facility. Our facility is a fully air-conditioned 24/7 with Negative Ion Air Purifiers for our colleagues well-being. There are also 24/7 food courts around our facility whenever you're hungry. Alternatively, we also have a fresh salad vending machine that is refilled daily.

    We have the following role for part-timers available.

    1. Packing Assistant

    You would be packing products according to our customers requirements and ensure that every product is accurately labelled and fulfilled as requested by our customers.

    2. Quality Check Assistant

    You would be checking products leaving the facility with our systems.

    3. Customer Service Assistant / Customer Success Assistant

    You would be following up with customers to ensure that they receive their orders on time through email exchanges.

    4. In-House Troubleshooter

    You would be making small part changes as requested by our customers. Some of the components require some basic troubleshooting thought process to identify the faulty component before making the swap.

    5. Assistant Software Engineer

    A strong tertiary education background might qualify you for a coding role if you are interested as we are firm believers of disruptive AI and ML tech and its ability to increase efficiency in our existing processes.

    We are also partners with the local institutions and are able to offer a credit bearing internship if needed.

    Educational Background

    Min GCE 'N' Level.

    Working Hours Commitment

    8 hours. 5 days. Monday to Friday.

    We embrace a staggered working hours as announced on April 16 by MOM flexi-work guidelines whereby reporting time is flexible between 8am to 11am with no changes to total work hours of 8 hours.

    Attire

    Smart Casual.

    Rate

    $16/hour
