    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working days: 5.25 days per week

    Rest day: Every Sunday

    Working Hours:

    Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs

    Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs

    Working Location: 55 Ubi Road 1 Singapore 408699

    Job descriptions:

    • Assist Service Advisor in daily operations comprising the followings:
    1. Responsible for checking of recall campaign for customer's vehicle.
    2. Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive.
    3. Making quotations to customer for service jobs.
    4. Opening Purchase Orders.
    5. Preparing invoices after job completion
    6. Pickup and delivery arrangements.
    7. Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-but-outstanding-jobs.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
