- Collaborate with Directors, Doctors, and frontline colleagues to develop and execute operational plans.
- Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee logistics, materials, and manpower to meet business demands.
- Handle sudden changes and challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages effectively.
- Utilize IT systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
- 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; conversational in Chin.
- Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Proficient in IT systems.

About the Role
Are you an organized individual with a penchant for systematic thinking and a knack for executing business plans flawlessly? If yes, we're looking for you We are seeking an Operation Planning Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team at [Name of Aesthetic Clinic Chain].
