    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Admin (Part-time) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources with a focus on talent acquisition, ensuring efficient and effective administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for HR and are looking to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team, we want to hear from you.

    Job Description:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR events.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
    • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and coordinating employee recognition programs.
    • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation programs.

    What we need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Commitment of 3 days a week, from 9am to 6pm
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
