Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and coordination efforts to ensure the efficient execution of projects.
Contribute to the design process by providing technical input and expertise.
Conceive engineering designs and solutions that align with project objectives.
Create and maintain project documentation to ensure accurate records.
Oversee key Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), on-site services, testing & commissioning to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Verify that products or systems meet specified requirements prior to deployment.
Manage project warranty issues to ensure prompt warranty repair and service.
Monitor project timelines & deliverables and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
Furnish routine project progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with service engineers to plan and arrange necessary resources for project site execution.
Address incoming project queries from customers professionally and efficiently.
Generate project bill-of-materials (BOM) and work with the sales team to procure project integration parts.

Requirements

Engineering Degree, preferably electrical or mechanical
Preferably 2 to 3 years of work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust and professional work ethics
Able to work independently.
