Job Description:


  • Responsible for a regional HR business partner with the regions
  • Innovate and organize Regional HR Meetings (Quarterly, Network, or facetoface)
  • Ensure APAC regions follow the standard performance appraisal system(improvement version)
  • Take the Lead in developing critical Talent in APAC regions(LDP & MDP)
  • Be the point of contact for HR business partnering for APAC Regions
  • Review of Employee Career path for APAC Region
  • Perform Talent Management, Succession Planning & Organisation development
  • Collaborate with Global HQ / HQ HR on the deployment of company Group HRM System (IHI-Career), Human Rights Due Diligence to ensure regional alignment
  • Provide professional advice to the respective Country GMs, HOD, and HR Managers in any HR programs including HRM System improvement, etc. in the APAC region incountry HR
  • Oversee endtoend recruitment process as well as onboarding/offboarding arrangements
  • Review compensation and Benefits programs to ensure costeffectiveness
  • Responsible for annual Performance appraisal exercises
  • Review companywide recreational budget and activities relating to staff welfare, general wellbeing, and wellness of employees
  • Responsible for HR, Corporate/Regional Events, budget and cost expenditure
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR or Business


  • Certified as IHRP

  • CP or SP
  • At least 5 years of general HRM/HRD experience, preferably in industrial/engineering business in the Asia Pacific region
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel on short notice. Less then 20% traveling
