Roles & ResponsibilitiesOur client is a reputed Insurance company.
Responsibilities:
•Assist to handle the day to day matters and issues of the Sales Support Team.
•Assist to support the team in attending to Agents and Policyholders' enquiries and requests promptly mainly through telephone, email, correspondence.
•Assist to contribute to meet the SLA set, and comply with internal policies, procedures, relevant laws and regulations.
•Assist to support the growth of Retail Lines business by effective support of campaigns and help achieve GWP KPI set.
•Assist to manage feedback/complaints independently with good closure within agreed turnaround time.
•To work collaboratively and independently with the various internal stakeholders on day to day operations.
•Any other job assigned to assist the Company's goal.
Requirements:
•Minimum GCE 'O'; 'A' Levels/Diploma
•Applicants must have/good to have :
-Certificate in General Insurance
-Certificate in Personal General Insurance
-Certificate in Health Insurance
•At least 1 years relevant experience in BANCA/Customer Service/Sales Support Personal Lines functions.
•Possess good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
•Competency in problem solving, interpersonal skills and job functional knowledge.
•High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
•A good team player with ability to multi-task and meet stringent service standards
•Well organized and systematic in work
