Summary

Are you a recent university graduate looking to kick-start your career in Business Controlling? As a Graduate Trainee in Business Controlling, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and operational measures, contributing to our regional management and headquarter's decision-making process. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your financial reporting skills and gain hands-on experience with Oracle BI and Excel. If you are looking for a dynamic, entry level role, apply for our two-year graduate scheme, which commences in August 2024

What you'll do

During your placement, you will work in our Singapore office and be exposed to the following areas within Business Controlling:

Prepare monthly financial and operational performance reports for regional management.

Compile monthly P&L, Investment, and Headcount reports and present them to HQ.

Understand KPI calculation logics and build operational performance review reports in BI Oracle and Excel.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of Budget and Forecast Packages in Excel.

Design templates, reports, and forms for the business using Excel, Macros and/or VBA to streamline processes.

What you'll need

Graduates of 2024 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience

Bachelor's degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least with major, including but not limited to:BusinessAccountingFinanceInformation Technology

Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills

Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability

An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English, whist German and Mandarin are advantageous
