- Assist SSV EXCO in planning and executing company-wide volunteering events such as Signature event, Year-end Appreciation event, Volunteer leaders connect event, in timely manner.
- Keep the annual volunteering events calendar updated. Support the timely execution of ongoing volunteering initiatives by business volunteer leads.
- Use the Volunteering SOP to guide business volunteer leads in volunteering process, including addressing any Ethics & Compliance queries.
- Keep track of the yearly SSV budget and spend, make sure any proposed expenditure is raised to the EXCO for approval.
- Engage business volunteer leads to keep track of total volunteer numbers, number of hours volunteered by Shell Singapore
- Regular update of volunteering initiatives progress to SSV EXCO.
- Consolidate, edit and publish regular newsletter to volunteer mailing list.
- Diploma or degree preferably in Social Work or Business Administrtion.
- At least 1 year experience in volunteer management and/or event co-ordination.
- Able to multi-task and work within short timeframe under mininal supervision.
- Good communication, facilitation problem solving and influencing skills.
