Overview:

We are expanding our dynamic team and currently seeking for recruitment consultant ranging from Junior to Managerial levels.

Job Descriptions:

Acquire new clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.
Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis.

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
