Roles & Responsibilities

I. Summary / Purpose of Position:

Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain the firm's technology stack and participate in capturing opportunities in electronic capital markets.

II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities for this Position:

 Take ownership of the firm's infrastructure and drive future expansion
 Proactively manage and monitor infrastructure health and performance
 Provide production support and troubleshooting for stakeholders
 Take the lead on improving and evolving infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders
 Mentor team members and improve knowledge acquisition and sharing

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Required:

 Work experience in System Administration or IT Management
 Comprehensive experience with Linux servers
 Working experience of network design and administration
 Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis ability
 Desire to solve complex and novel problems in a collaborative environment
 Strong sense of ownership and urgency
 Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
 Logical problem solver with the ability to quickly understand new and complex concepts
 Pragmatic self-starter with a flexible can-do mentality
