- Manage a portfolio of existing volume customers, serving as the main point of contact
- Drive renewals, retention, and incremental growth across the assigned customer base
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their cybersecurity needs
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to execute account strategies and sales motions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Channel, Customer Success) to support customer engagement and solution adoption
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Execute structured sales activities across a high-volume account set efficiently and consistently
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Experience managing existing accounts and working through channels / distributors
- Ability to handle volume-driven sales motions with discipline and structure
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in the Singapore market is an advantage
