- Forge and develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting.
- Review and improve systems and processes, based on key labour and market trends, backed by evidence and data sets, to achieve HPB's goals and drive efficiency.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to enable stakeholders to make key decisions.
- A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing sustainable initiatives, with an understanding of business and operational needs against partner's needs.
- Strong planning, analytical, and project administration and management skills.
- Basis data skillsets, comfortable working with and processing data, can draw insights and make data-informed recommendations.
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills confident to work with whole-of-government/corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to distil and communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral).
