The Job

In charge of all Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time
In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)
Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
Dealing with accidents involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from the customer, etc.
Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from a specific group of customers

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent
Min. 2 years experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
Experience in the automotive working environment will be advantages
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Manage multiple task efficiently in a fast moving environment
Proactive and possess positive learning attitude
Must have a valid class 3 driving license
Alternate Saturday work week
