    Responsibilities:

  • Execute activities on Order Management Processes and Requirements
  • Handle maintenance of core processes related to Order to Cash management and workflow.
  • Understand how orders are booked in Japan.
  • Identify any unique or inefficient process.
  • Support Japan team in improving and standardizing the Order Management processes
  • Able to hand on day-to-day work
  • Producing high quality & accuracy work, meet the deadlines
  • Working independently, but needs manager/team lead support.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with experience in processes improvement
  • Experienced, strong communicator who is fluent in both English and Japanese in oral and written to communicate with Japan team
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to seek-out solutions if needed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
