    Roles & Responsibilities

    Salary: Basic $2,500 - $3,500

    Time: Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm)

    Location: Sungei Kadut Ave

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure preparation of project documents in accordance with customer expectation and timeline.
    • Proactive communication with vendors and customers to follow-up action in a timely manner.
    • Prompt attention to incoming calls/ emails.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Tertiary educational level.
    • Able to read procedure and follow instructions/steps for documentation compilation or preparation.
    • Proficiency with software skills (especially Adobe Acrobat Standard) and having no difficulty in assessing web base platform systems for documentation submission/retrieval work.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to maneuver the computer mouse quickly.
    • Desk bound job with full day screen time.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
