    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and well-organized, with excellent communication skills. This role involves managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our studio.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    2. Answer incoming calls and messages for appointment booking and confirmation.
    3. Provide information to callers and visitors about our products, services, and policies.
    4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of our company.
    5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    6. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
    7. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
    8. Monitor and maintain studio supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
    9. Assist with special projects / promotion / events and other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
    3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
    7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    This is a part-time position, typically requiring 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. Will also require to work on Weekend(s) and Public Holidays.
