    Description

    Position

    Responsibilities:

  • Implement the HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines to all Singapore and Thailand stores
  • Set up and coordinate new store or pop up store opening
  • Lead the in-store VM ambassadors to maintain a tidy and clean display at all times, in accordance with the guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Retail, and Buying departments, to create innovative displays and promotional materials that enhance the customer experience.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control.
  • Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and roll-out of all product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with store management team
  • Implement the display changes from VM guidelines within stores and keep the VM standards in a daily basis.
  • Set out clear guidelines and provide training to shop staff to ensure smooth change overs
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control.
  • Enhance aesthetic appeal of shop windows and in-store displays to promote new product launches, festive and seasonal themes including deliver regular floor moves, window installations, and mannequins styling, etc.
  • Provide guidance and regular training for retail team in production projects including window displays, in-store highlights and events

    • Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in visual merchandising or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years' experience in fashion industry, with solid experience in retail visual merchandising
  • Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges
  • Creativity with interest in fashion, design and art
  • Well organized, good time management, positive and can work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and visual eye for style and display composition
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show flexibility regarding working schedule when required (such as late nights and week-ends)
  • English skills are mandatory, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
