A joint venture between Rolls-Royce and SIA Engineering Company, Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is the world's largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for all variants of the Rolls-Royce Trent engines. Responsibilities

Contribute to the enhancement of engine overhaul processes by exploring new techniques, capabilities, and technologies.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement through the introduction of new methods, capabilities, or tools.
Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to support the development or acquisition of new techniques.
Validate the effectiveness of newly developed or acquired methods to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected savings.
Collaborate with vendors and research organizations to ensure that capability and technology advancements align with present and future needs.
Plan and oversee various activities, providing updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
Participate in technical reviews related to engine overhaul to aid in the planning, design, and operation of new facilities.

Requirements

Degree in Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (Candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience will be considered).
Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar role, although candidates with fewer years in the field (including recent graduates) possessing relevant skills may also be evaluated.
Experience in integrating industry 4.0 technologies is advantageous.
Strong communication, analytical, engineering, and project management skills.
Effective technical issue resolution capabilities.
