    Roles & Responsibilities

    Facilitation of day-to-day studio operations:

    • Ensure smooth daily studio operations, including class scheduling, staff coordination, and facility maintenance.
    • Conduct daily housekeeping of premises and disinfect equipment.
    • Monitor and manage studio inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Interview, recruit and supervise studio staff, including instructors.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
    • Gather and address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities to attract new clients.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of studio offerings to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
    • Execute marketing initiatives to retain existing clients.
    • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce studio policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Passionate about wellness and holistic health.
    • Previous experience in a gym or yoga studio is a plus.
    • Familiarity with online booking platforms is beneficial.
    • Enjoy working with people and as part of a team.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Flexible and adaptable, able to work split shifts.
