Roles & Responsibilities

Our clients, a leading IT solutions provider with a regional presence in Singapore, is expanding. They value self-development, career progress and most importantly a healthy working culture. Join them on this exciting journey as:

Client Engineer

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution
Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions
Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers
Knowledge of Cloud applications like Office 365, and Azure

Required:

· Nitec/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

· Background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering

· Ability to effectively multi-task when necessary

· Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience

· Able to work in a team and independently
