Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with vendors and system integrators in post go-live enhancements and subsequent Global Rollout projects. Participate in project activities such as requirements validation, functional design, test plan development, data cleansing and systems migration strategies, etc.
As ETRM Expert, the candidate is expected to actively assess and provide solutions in meeting functional requirements and resolve complex business scenarios with the solution architect and software designers.
Participate and / or lead in projects and change management initiatives to optimize business processes.
Design effective testing strategies, write test cases and conduct functional and End-to-End testing.
Assist IT Team in ensuring smooth operations of the core ETRM and peripheral applications.
Devise mitigation plans to bridge immediate operations gaps and ensure business as usual during system cutover and after go-live.
Post project live, the Business Analyst would be the key on-site contact person to provide system administrative support to the local user community.
Develop a "fit for purpose" support model and continuously measure and fine tune support performance to meet the committed SLA.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized education institution. Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experiences required in major ETRMS such as such as ASPECT, Enuit, OPENLINK, Allegro, Triple Point, etc.
Functional consultant work in the project delivery of a new ETRM and its subsequent operations.
Strong industry knowledge in Energy trading and risk management workflows and methodologies.
Working experience in requirement gathering, functional design and documentations.
Successful experience with track records on manage users and drive business process optimizations.
Level 1 and/or 2 Support of ETRMS with excellent understanding of the business and systems processes in the entire value chain of a commodity trade execution.
Continual engagement of trading end-users and champion new initiatives and projects to improve the work processes and systems capabilities of the ETRMS.

Project and change management of IT systems using Agile and Scrum principles and processes.
High proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet (Excel) skills.
Ability to communicate complex business scenarios to internal audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communicative (speaking and writing) skills.
