- Monitors IT service performance to ensure it meets agreed standards and complies with regulations.
- Contributes to the IT Service Management strategy.
- Oversees the IT resilience framework, guiding system integration, and serving as the key point of contact for IT resilience and recovery in the APAC region.
- Supports service management processes such as change, incident, configuration, and problem management, ensuring they comply with policies and regulations.
- Gathers and analyzes data on business satisfaction and IT performance, addressing any deficiencies.
- Prepares performance reports and KPI-based dashboards, suggesting ways to improve IT services.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
- Working experience in both ITSM and ITDR/ IT Resilience/ IT Business Continuity
- Experience with ServiceNow
