    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description.

    Attend to phone calls/ enquiries and follow up in preparing sales quotations, arrange for DO/Invoice

    Support Sales Team's logistics, administrative matters and support to sales department

    Issue Sales Quotation & Purchase Orders Documents

    Manage incoming and outgoing emails

    Filing of Documents

    Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed

    Job Requirement

    Able to communicate with both English speaking associates and Mandarin speaking associates via email and phone.

    -Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office

    Fast learner

    Comfortable working in a team and able to perform under minimal supervision

    Interested working in a Sales department.
