    About the company

    Our client operates in the tech industry and is searching for a HR generalist to enhance HR functions and payroll in Southeast Asia.

    About the job

    Working closely with the HR VP and a small team, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing monthly payroll for Southeast Asia, utilizing both in-house and vendor services
    • Handling HR operations such as lifecycle activities, benefits administration, work pass processes, and training
    • Coordinating recruitment efforts
    • Acting as the main point of contact for internal HR queries

    Skills and experience required

    • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields
    • At least 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll
    • Thorough understanding of employment laws and local regulations
    • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to tackle new challenges
    • Capable of working independently with great attention to detail
