Product Planning and Development.

Requirements:

A minimum of 68 years of relevant experience as the Production Manager or similar role in a wholesale bakery and pastry manufacturing setting.
Food Safety Level 4 Certification.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Understanding of baking techniques, pastry & bakery production, and dessert creation.
Creative, innovation, hands on and resourceful in gather market trend information to bring new ideas to the bakery and pastry's menu.
Possesses analytical, and problemsolving skills and able to work independently.
Able to plan and execute projects and change management.
Excellent time management, leadership, team player, communication and interpersonal skills.
