- Act as the main contact for institutional clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth process while minimizing risks.
- Design onboarding solutions to offer clients a premium experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Trading Teams to collect client requests and ensure compliance with legal and financial criteria.
- Implement risk-based client solutions and adhere to policy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders' requests and communicate onboarding processes with clients.
- Manage the institutional client portfolio and assess risk indicators.
- Negotiate key terms with clients in line with risk policies.
- Use discretion in handling sensitive data requests and ensure compliance.
- Nurture and expand client relationships.
- Contribute to product development through client feedback.
- Track metrics to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
- Integrity is a must-have for this role.
- Experience in sales, client consulting, or financial services, preferably with client onboarding exposure in the crypto or banking sectors.
- A strong network and passion for crypto markets.
