- Responsible for the effective planning and operations of the Gym Tonic programme
- Design and implement health-related programmes to augment the Gym Tonic programme
- Support Managers to review and align programme to centre objectives and effectiveness
- Manage programme registration, attendance, scheduling and Gym Tonic membership promotion, publicity and retention
- Participate in design, development and implementation of health and fitness programmes and develop publicity materials for distribution
- Support documentation and tracking of data for programme monitoring and evaluation
- Conduct 12-week progressive Gymtonic programme from pre-admission assessments to post assessments and reports
- Educate elderly to improve their overall health literacy and advice on exercise
- Develop protocols and training materials for health coaching
- Maintain the state-of-the-art hydraulic fitness equipment for safety and efficiency and implement infection control and compliance procedures
- Coordinate with Lien Foundation and other organisations for programme executive, research initiatives and communication and feedback management from stakeholders
- Support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community
- Handle public inquiries and undertake any other projects or duties assigned
- At least a Diploma in Sports management, Exercise Physiology or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Able to make autonomous decision within the remit of the role
- Able to multi-task and think creatively when confronted with a new situation
- Highly self-motivated and adopts a flexible approach
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication, excellent listening skills and able to communicate in dialects with non-English/Mandarin speaking clients
- Knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about working with seniors, The range of clients are from robust to pre-frail 1 to 6 on Clinical Frailty Scale
- Keen advocate for the delay and reversal of frailty
- Strong team player, resourceful and systematic
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion
- Able to commit to a 2 or 3-day workweek (including Saturdays) to be scheduled according to Centre needs.
